Senior Sales Manager – DACH (m/f/d)

The role:

  • Lead the sales team for a strong business development passion and annual growth
  • Drive Upsell form installed customer base as well as new logo wins
  • Engage and motivate the team through positive energy and personal development plans
  • Hire and train staff in accordance with the sales growth and headcount plan
  • Meet/exceed revenue targets while contributing to a positive customer experience
  • Actively participate in the UK/EMEA sales leadership team and in cross-business initiatives
  • Revenue forecasting and planning to a detailed level including transparent closing plans
  • Orchestrate sales and delivery and be the link for a pro-active demand management and resource planning
  • To be aware of and comply with company and statutory requirements regarding ethical behaviour, health, safety, fire and hygiene



  • Proven commercial direct Sales and Sales Management experience incl. mentoring & leadership in a fast-moving IT environment. (e.g. IT/ software services, web application/ platform hosting, managed services, datacenter, SAAS, Cloud computing, Co-location, ISP)
  • Self-starter and motivated to provide the highest possible level of responsiveness and performance from a team of people
  • Outstanding sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Broad, relevant knowledge of technology and service operation concepts
  • The ability to work effectively with people in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and drive results monthly
  • Committed to meet customer, sales and marketing driven deadlines – can do and execution culture
  • A passion for customer service with contagious enthusiasm and energy
  • Attention to the quality of own work
  • German language on the C1 or native level
