Before we contact you and start to work with you, there is usually a vacant position we have been asked to fill. In addition to the job description, we will provide you with an overview of the culture and philosophy of the potential employer as well as the opportunities the position provides, enabling us to jointly determine whether the position would make sense in terms of career advancement.

Interview process

At the interview stage, we will diligently prepare you for the interview with the client in order to answer any questions or clarify uncertainties. Our support at this stage is designed to help you convince our client and exude confidence and authenticity in the face-to-face interview.

It goes without saying that we give you open and honest feedback. We will also support you in case of contract negotiations and will assist you in agreeing (financial) modalities, if so requested by you.
